The Opportunity

Joining QIC’s Capital Solutions team, we are seeking a Client Contracts & Solutions Manager on a full-time permanent basis in our Brisbane office. 

In this role, you will work closely with our investment teams, legal team, wider business development and business solutions team for the project management of QIC clients’ investment contracts. These contracts include Investment Management Agreements (“IMAs”), funds of one, side letters, co-investments and other client contractual arrangements. The role will ensure we are delivering our significant asset management capabilities to our clients in the most efficient manner possible.

The key accountabilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Reviewing and refreshing client contract lifecycle processes and QIC’s management tools and frameworks, ensuring it is fit for purpose for our clients and QIC’s teams. 
  • Project management of preparation of commercial terms for review.
  • Ensuring all QIC policies and standards are adhered to throughout the lifecycle process.
  • Taking Client Contracts to final legal review and ensuring necessary onboarding processes are conducted.
  • Ensuring all required final approvals are received and contracts are executed. 
  • Formalising and recording obligation ownership with relevant teams.

About You

  • Ability to communicate across all levels in the organisation and build solid relationships. 
  • Exceptional writing and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and continuously looking for process improvements.
  • Ability to identify, define and manage milestones and risks associated with them. 
  • Strong coordination, problem solving and project management skills.
