ROLE SCOPE
· Lead a group of client relationship marketers (CL6-CL10) within Health and Public Service (H&PS) in Growth Markets to create and deliver fully integrated marketing and communication strategies for a portfolio of priority clients.
· Work with your client relationship marketing team lead and M+C teams to create marketing and communication plans for our steady-state opportunity clients
· Create and deliver fully integrated marketing and communication strategies for 2-4 high and/or medium opportunity clients
· Partner with your in-market and cross-market industry lead peers in building our function – and sharing results, learnings, and best practices
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliver against individual client account priorities and Accenture’s core sales campaigns
· Build relationships that lead to origination, and partner closely to do a warm handover to Pursuit Services and Accenture GO for pursuits
· Go “shopping” for content and experiences that our clients truly need and build these into our marketing and communications plans
· Collaborate with CALs, ISLs and CG leads to build individual client relationship plans
· Plug in the best of M+C specialized talent where needed for specific tasks
· Work with People Engagement to ensure our larger client account teams understand our client business and content so that they can stay engaged and motivated against our client goals
· Use SynOps for M+C and our other technologies
· Measure our marketing against agreed-upon KPIs and create feedback loops for continuous improvement
