The Role 

• Provide an exceptional level of personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their preferences and desires.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing your expertise and passion for luxury timepieces to inspire and educate clients.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an immaculate and inviting retail environment.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally within the jewellery or watch sector.
• A proactive attitude, self-motivation and a keen eye for detail.
• A genuine passion for exquisite craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the world of luxury goods.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effortlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
