Qualifications & experience
- Working with children check.
- NDIS worker check.
- NDIS worker orientation module.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- High level of attention to detail, strong negotiation, advocacy and networking skills.
- Experience in the disability/care industry and customer service is desirable.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience to manage and prioritise competing workloads.
- Answer phone, take messages, help with typing, call staff and clients, excel/word skills, run errands, care knowledge would be good, good people skills, flexible hours, able to work independently and in a team, someone who can be flexible.
- Opportunity to grow within the role, casual to full time for the right candidate.
- Demonstrated ability to understand awards and legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including Internet search, Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems.
- Answer phone, take messages, help with typing, calls to staff and clients, excel/word skills, run errands.
