Client Services Representative / Warehouse Administration Assistant

Butler Freight Services Extra is a privately owned Transport and Warehousing business with its head office located in located in Victoria.

We currently have an opportunity in our Brisbane Office for a Client Services Representative / Warehouse Admin Assistant.

The main duties of the role are as follows - 

• Supporting other team members in Customer Service with data entry, checking container information in various wharf / in house systems
• Assist in updating customer bookings / delivery schedules / unpacks and data and order processing.
• Collation and accurate recording of customer job details and information
• Entering and reviewing information into in house systems.
• Have a proactive approach to ensure clients are always informed in advance, of any matter that may affect the smooth operation of the business and its service offering.
• Managing client work across the week ensuring that the customers needs are met and the outcome is operationally sound for the business.
• Create and be a part of a team environment that coordinates well with other operating divisions of the business.
• Accurately input Delivery Order (EIDO) or Export (PRA) paperwork into in house systems.
• Keep clients advised of the delays by monitoring the grid and liaising with fleet.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements, to ensure safety to staff, the community and the environment.
• Admin duties as required.

The successful candidate will posses the following attributes - 

• Seasoned customer service skills
• Ability to maintain and build rapport with our existing and new customer base.
• Understanding of the Transport / Wharf Cartage business
• Strong service orientation and customer service focused.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
