Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects from inception to post-completion
- Manage clients and client relationships
- Manage and effectively communicate with stakeholders, keeping them informed and involved in key project decisions
- Engage and manage consultant team
- Supervise and manage contractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications (time, cost, quality)
- Establish and document Project Brief
- Prepare and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and tenders (RFTs)
- Tender assessment, negotiation, recommendation and engagements
- Agenda, chair & minute meetings (client/stakeholder, consultant/design coordination, construction/site)
- Develop and track detailed project programme (MS Project)
- Formulate, establish and manage detailed project budget
- Cost reporting
- Coordinate design documentation
- Manage Authority approvals
- Contract administration
- Project Reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in building, architecture, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
