Client Support Officer

We are seeking a friendly and conscientious person to join our salary packaging team as a Client Support Officer. You must be well-organised with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for helping customers. Previous experience in office administration or customer service is essential.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and administration support within a team environment. You will primarily be handling incoming enquiries from our customers and help facilitate the smooth operation of their salary packaging arrangements and accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls and emails
• Responding to general customer enquiries
• Processing payment and reimbursement claims
• Reviewing and addressing system reports
• Data entry and updating client database
• Processing, scanning and filing documents
• Issuing and explaining reports to clients
• Explaining salary packaging procedures to clients
• Corresponding with clients to obtain necessary paperwork
• Liaising with client payroll departments regarding salary deductions, staff on leave, terminations etc.
• Assisting clients with adjustment or rebudget of their salary package
• Working with the salary packaging team and internal departments
• Liaising with external suppliers as required (eg. insurers, financiers)
• Other general administrative duties as required
