Are you a customer service expert who’s skilled in communication? We need your rapport building skills!

Nightlife Music is on the hunt for a communicator who loves to connect. An experienced customer service representative who enjoys problem-solving – both on the phone and around the office!

As a music and video streaming service for business, we prioritise customer support. 

Our goal is to ensure our platform, its suite of supporting apps, and our high-quality content, are all working as efficiently as possible for our users. 

With a rapidly growing client base, we need new, relationship-driven people who can expand our team and help us continue to deliver Nightlife’s high-quality customer service experience.

  • Remotely access client systems to provide fixes or content updates
  • Maintain client records and history in our custom-built CRM database
  • Offer a range of assistance – from onboarding to technical support
  • Use your customer service experience to guide others in problem solving

  • Over the phone or in-store customer service experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Advanced communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills   
  • Familiarity with audio-visual setups and computer hardware
  • Proficiency in data and customer administration
  • Aptitude for project/case management
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
