- Salary $66,590 - $70,968 p.a. - OPS3
- Ongoing Full Time
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including human resource management, operational planning, and financial management
- Maintain efficient purchasing processes and uphold a continuous quality improvement cycle
- Be prepared to step into operational duties at short notice, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Strong team player with adaptability to diverse environments and colleagues
- Flexible scheduling and deadline-oriented with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality maintenance, and cultural sensitivity, including a willingness to undergo additional training for engaging with Aboriginal communities
- Demonstrated expertise in cleaning, organisation, and customer service assistance
- Skilled in establishing, maintaining, and optimising operational systems and procedures
- Proficient in managing staff and coordinating services, including providing guidance on safety protocols
- Experienced in implementing and advising on effective work practices and training methods
- Competent in using various computer software, maintaining employee schedules, and exercising independent judgment in daily tasks, with a focus on serving Aboriginal consumers
- DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
