Access theThe Clinical Advisory SME will strategically engage and maintain strong professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development of operating models, frameworks and other outputs to drive engagement and positive outcomes.About Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation Portfolio:The Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation (P&SCO) Portfolio builds on the foundational work undertaken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to drive operational enhancements and increase value across the Queensland health system.The P&SCO Portfolio has already delivered an expanded network of warehouses and distribution centres across the state, as well as a range of further enhancements to Queensland Health's procurement and supply chain operations, including efficiencies and improvements through implementing contemporary enabling technologies and enhanced data analytics capability.Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically engage and maintain strong professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development of operating models, frameworks and other outputs to drive engagement and positive outcomes.
  • Establish and manage effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
  • Manage, analyse and interpret complex information to develop current state findings and build future state services and engagement frameworks.
  • Provide expert Identification, review and collation of information including, existing research and reports, user demographics, legislation, policy, strategy, business models, and industry best practice.
  • Document results and author technical artifacts including reports, business models, frameworks and procedures for use by stakeholders.
  • Work strategically with key clinical and business stakeholders to develop documentation, materials, and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain transformational change.
  • Inspire team members by investing time in building positive and productive relationships, setting clear objectives and providing professional leadership, guidance and support.
