The exciting opportunity:
- New, additional Clinical Nurse Manager role created at a 80 bed facility in the Mandurah area
- Joint clinical responsibility, ensure the facility delivers high quality care that is compliant with legislation
- Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement for Clinical Care
- Design, introduce and support quality initiatives to ensure accreditation standards are surpassed
- Manage the clinical and care team, helping to create a cohesive culture where staff work as a team to achieve organisational goals and best outcomes for residents
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations
- Work alongside another Clinical Nurse Manager and report into a knowledgeable and supportive clinical Facility Manager
- Have time to settle into the role with the facility accredited until February 2026 with no existing unmets
- Great opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader looking to step into a Clinical Manager role

- $110k - $120k + super + salary packaging
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- A confident and experienced leader who is capable of helping to create a cohesive, accountable and motivated team culture
- Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator or Clinical Manager in residential aged care is essential
- Sound understanding of the aged are legislation and knowledge of what is required to meet the accreditation standards
- Personable, passionate, driven and committed to delivering high quality care
