We are part of a non-preferred provider, non-corporate, dentist-owned, boutique group of quality practices, who pride ourselves on providing the highest quality dental care and customer service experience for our patients.
We always encourage team building and enjoy an active work/social calendar too. The successful applicant will be working in a varied role, performing chair-side duties with our dentists and dental hygienists/OHTs, assisting with/or coordinating the assisting requirements for a variety of treatments from cosmetic makeovers to orthodontics.

We have the latest technology, including iTero scanning and the latest version of Cerec and involve and/ or train our assisting team in its use, as well as in clinical photography to record the results of our excellent care.
It is preferable if you have:
- A Passion for delivering excellent dental care.
- Dental experience as a Senior Dental Assistant
- The talent for Coordinating and overseeing activities of all dental assistants to ensure that the clinical area and all clinical operations runs smoothly.
- Excellent Dental 4-handed assisting skills to enable monitoring and training of dental assistants when necessary.
- A passion to provide exceptional clinical support to the team to ensure the delivery of an outstanding patient experience.
- Strong skills in management of practice materials, stock control and equipment.
- Knowledge and ability to ensure ongoing quality management of infection control procedures and compliance with all statutory and quality standards.
- Focus to ensure all sterilisation procedures are complied with consistently as well as ensuring all workplace safety regulations and policies are complied with by all clinical staff.
- Experience in lab tracking – coordinating and collaborating with clinical and reception staff to maintain records on incoming and outgoing lab work, storage and cataloguing of dental models.
- Attention to detail in monitoring daily clinical checklists.
- Team minded approach in liaising with and supporting the practice coordinator.
