Our client in the Healthcare & Social Services sector is seeking a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, providing personalized nutrition plans and expertise to support their health and wellbeing. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement personalized nutrition care for patients.
- Empower patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes through evidence-based nutrition therapy.
- Contribute to the development of innovative nutrition programs and resources to enhance patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical nutrition assessment and counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to stay current with latest nutritional research and best practices.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records for documentation and data analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Licensure as a dietitian in the state of practice.
- Certification in Advanced Clinical Nutrition or similar specialty.
