Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate Clinical Educator to empower and educate our nursing staff within Residential Aged Care. In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging education programs, leveraging various delivery methods to ensure optimal learning experiences for all staff members.

Partnering with our dedicated clinical leadership team, you'll be the driving force behind uplifting the skills, capabilities, and engagement of our valued nursing workforce.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs that equip our dedicated nursing staff with the knowledge and skills they need to provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive education and training initiatives aligned with AnglicareSA's values, policies, and best practices.
  • Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters continuous learning and growth for our staff.
  • Mentoring and coaching clinical and care staff, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Contributing to a resident-focused service model by promoting high standards of evidence-based clinical care.

What do you need to bring?

  • A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and registration with AHPRA (or willing to re-register)
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs in a clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and diverse teaching methods
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A passion for evidence-based practice and the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
