The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a casual Clinical Educator/ First Aid Trainer/Assessor to join our Education and Training team. We are looking for a high-quality candidate to train CareFlight customers in vocational courses such as First Aid and CPR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training in CareFlight bespoke programs and RTO courses to first responders and to other corporate clients that aligns with our education and training’s purpose of strengthening the chain of care in Australia. Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in the delivery of CareFlight’s education programs.
- Facilitate the delivery of RTO courses including First Aid and CPR.
- Facilitate on bespoke commercial clinical education programs
- Assist with identifying other Clinical Educators.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Hold current practicing AHPRA registration in either medicine, paramedicine and/or nursing and are able to maintain professional accreditation requirements within the profession.
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working as a clinician.
- The willingness and ability to travel when required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Holds a current Driver’s Licence.
