This means your career will be as diverse and rewarding as you strive to be.About the roleAs a member of the Psychology team you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.As a Grade 3 Psychologist you will have experience and knowledge in the relevant branch of your profession. This position is primarily allocated to the Queen Elizabeth Centre. Primary job requirements involve the provision of Clinical Neuropsychology services in the area of your specialisation at Grampians Health.You will also support the senior staff to enhance team building and excellence within the team and Allied Health.As a Grade 3 Psychologist you may be expected to work in various locations and programs within Grampians Health and regional /external services, including but not limited to CDAMS, CRC, Inpatient Rehab and acute medical surgical inpatient services.The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Essential : Do you hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with Clinical Neuropsychology as an approved area of practice? Please detail your registration number.
- Desirable : A minimum of five years' experience, including significant experience in provision of clinical neuropsychological services and a post-graduate qualification in the relevant clinical area of practice
- Desirable : Advanced knowledge of assessment, treatment and management options for health services clients and a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge
- Desirable : Demonstrated ability to develop and empower others through supervision, modelling and training
- Desirable : Demonstrated initiative to lead and develop a service, engaging effectively with consumers and key stakeholders
- Desirable : Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels
- Desirable : Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and review quality improvement activities, and positively influence change as required
