Access the National Relay Service
The plastics service provides coordinated and multi-disciplinary care to persons who have Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery related concerns in their health continuum and is often coordinated in combination with other specialist areas. Providing a wide range of ambulatory, inpatient and day only care. There are positive links with primary care providers and non-government organisations that ensure a strong support network for those people clinically affected.
Key responsibilites include:
- Nominated as Medicine Store and S8 Safe Manager as per the Substance Management Plan for SCHHS Regulated Places, as required.
- Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety and ethical behaviour.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Remuneration value up to $159 429 p.a., comprising salary between $128 701 - $139 732 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (temporary position available for 12 months).
