Duties:
- Acting as the clinical lead within the facility to provide advice and assistance as required.
- Manging safety incidents and audit processes.
- Liaise with patients, families, and health care professionals.
- Promote a safe working environment for all patients and staff. Work within your scope of practice whilst referring to the professional code on conduct.
- Monitor the quality of patient files, progress notes and observation charts.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Masters / Bachelor of Nursing
- Significant Aged Care Experience
- CNC / CNS / CNE management experience in Aged Care
- NDIS approval
- IPC certificate (preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
To start on 8th of July for a minimum of 12 weeks with the option to extend.
