Access thePeople-centred care | Quality and safety | Integrity and accountability | Investment in staff | Innovation and changeWhat's involved – The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Specialist Outpatients Department (SOPD) at Iningai Clinic at Longreach will be responsible for providing clinical expertise in clinic coordination and management of referrals to enhance patient access to Telehealth and Specialist Outpatient Clinics. Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPC) and Smart Referrals are used to enhance appropriate patient access to Specialist Outpatients and telehealth appointments within the Central West Hospital and Health Service (CWHHS). This would also include knowledge of alternate services both internally and externally for patients to access CWHHS.You could receive up to $70,000 in incentive payments with our Workforce attraction incentive scheme - Note; for eligible health workers onlyAs a Central West Health employee, you will be well remunerated.
