Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPC) and Smart Referrals are used to enhance appropriate patient access to Specialist Outpatients and telehealth appointments within the Central West Hospital and Health Service (CWHHS). This would also include knowledge of alternate services both internally and externally for patients to access CWHHS.You could receive up to $70,000 in incentive payments with our Workforce attraction incentive scheme - Note; for eligible health workers onlyAs a Central West Health employee, you will be well remunerated.
