Clinical Psychologist / Psychologist

Resilient Minds Psychology is a growing psychology practice based in Sydney, Australia that sees adult clients. We are a telehealth based service looking for a Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Psychology Registrar/Psychologist to join the team. Work from the comfort of your own home with flexible working conditions.

Our mission is to create a more accessible mental health practice allowing anyone to access mental health support anywhere across Australia. We want to break the stigma around mental health and accessing support. Our purpose is to also create a sustainable working environment for all staff where you enjoy coming to work rather than feeling burnt out. We incorporate flexible working conditions (where you choose your days and hours), quality of service over the quantity of clients seen (see as many clients as you prefer), and full administration support (taking this load away so you can focus on what you do best). The environment we strive to create is one that is safe and supportive for all staff.

The Psychologist we are looking for:

• Has a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of presentations
• Is warm and empathetic
• Demonstrates excellent organisational and autonomous abilities
• Demonstrates commitment and reliability towards their clients
• Develops good relationships with other staff members, stakeholders and clients such that they have the ability to retain clients
• Has clear and open communication
• Additionally, the ideal therapist is culturally aware and is able to see clients from diverse cultural backgrounds 
• Has experience and feels comfortable with providing telehealth services
• Is preferably from Sydney, however open to other states

• Eligibility to provide services under Medicare
• ABN
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances
• SIRA provider number (or willingness to obtain)
• A secure office setup with reliable internet connection and experience using Telehealth systems
