The Company:
A global medical device company who develop software and hardware systems for complex Neurosurgery, Spine, ENT and Orthopaedic cases, is looking for an Clinical Support Representative to join their highly skilled team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate, train and provide on-site guidance and assistance to surgeons on the use of Image Guided Surgery products for Neurosurgery, Spine and Trauma cases
- Territory: Sydney, Newcastle & Gosford (Wollongong & ACT regional)
- Provide clinical demonstrations and trials
- Perform system installations including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain detailed records of support activities and customer interactions
- Proactively identify accounts that are eligible for software updates
- Report and document complaints and product enhancement requests
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company and stay updated on industry trends.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering OR allied healthcare i.e. Nursing, Physiotherapist, Chiro etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and naturally
- Resilient and flexible
- Strong attention to detail
- Full drivers license
- Ability to travel
