Clinical Team Lead will be responsible to lead members of the Clinical team to further develop a collaborative and culturally responsive model that provides support and mentorship for all team members. This role also responsible to utilize clinical and management expertise to lead and co-coordinate the day-to-day clinical operations of Malmaldharra Clinic.Candidates must have registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, minimum of 5 years’ experience as a registered nurse and will also have an understanding of and commitment to Aboriginal Community Control, self-determination, and the issues faced by Yolŋu people living in remote settings.
