About Linear

Linear Clinical Research is an internationally recognised Clinical Trial company which delivers life-changing therapies to patients and participants through Clinical Trials. Our state-of-the-art Early Phase Centre in Joondalup is where our healthy volunteer studies take place and is home to a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, project teams and clinical staff and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis.

Your Role in our Future 

As Clinical Trial Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of Clinical Trials providing crucial administrative support to the project delivery team. You will be responsible for the effective management of all trial documentation including the development of electronic source forms and maintenance of electronic source (eSource) databases. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to pursue a project administration role within a Clinical Trial environment.  

A full list of responsibilities can be found here in the job description however some of your duties will include;

  • Assist with the preparation, maintenance and archiving of trial documentation and records.
  • Build and deliver eSource forms and support the development and maintenance of eSource databases.
  • Proactively conduct data entry tasks and prepare source notes and site file binders for study monitoring, close-out and archiving
  • Support the ordering, maintenance, and expiration of trial products. 

This role will be predominantly based at our Joondalup clinic however may include working from our Nedlands site and will be offered on a full-time basis for 12 months in the first instance.

Along with this, your application must also be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing demands. 
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and data entry. 
  • Demonstrated experience working with standard operating procedures, protocols and regulations. 
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to work across multiple platforms. 
  • Experience working with Electronic Data Forms and Databases (desirable)
