About This Exciting Role

As a Closer on this offer, you’ll be closing warm leads off the back of events into a 12-month program. 
In addition to being an integral player amongst a group of highly driven, elite-performing individuals, you will enjoy:

About You
Your experience…

• Sales: Past experience working as a Closer, and consistently exceeding sales targets
• Personal Development/Discipline: You must have a proven commitment to personal growth and discipline in your life.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in past roles.
• Experience managing and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities.

** Bonus points if you have a military background. 
Your skills…

• Advanced influence and sales skills, including rapport building, questioning, presenting, negotiating, and objection handling.
• High level time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead conversations with individuals to motivate behaviour and mindset shifts. 
• Comfortable using CRM technology and tools such as High Level CRM, Slack, Gmail.
• Persistent, resilient, results oriented and goal driven.
• A no ‘BS’ attitude, with a commitment to growth.

Equipment you have at home…

• A laptop with a working microphone and camera.
• A smartphone.
• A high speed internet connection.
• A quiet and interruption free workspace with an ergonomic chair and desk.
