We are looking for a Telephony Engineer to join forces with our amazing telephony team who keep our business operational. Working with a seasoned Telephony Engineer, we are sure your career will go from strength to strength as you learn all things relating to VOIP. PSTN, Switching & Routing, SIP trunks and call flows
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of telephony and related equipment including telephone switches, remote switching modules, VOIP systems, and trunk interfaces.
- Supporting a Genesys cloud environment with over 900 users across ANZ region
- IVR configuration and flow changes
- Troubleshoot WebRTC
- Building call-flows, setting up voicemails, automated messaging, ring groups/queues, failover etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets where an understanding of the SIP protocol is needed
- 3+ years' experience with IVR's: flow management and ramp up codes
- Experience working with Genesys cloud products
- Ideally you will have experience with RingCentral & Salesforce CRM
