As part of the Infrastructure Support team, you will proactively support our customers private cloud, public cloud, or multi-cloud environments and manage escalated alerts, incidents, and requests in a timely manner to ensure we meet our customers service level agreements.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of IT operations, especially Infrastructure Support and management.
- Experience in overseeing physical and virtual server infrastructure, networks, storage, with effective proficiency in Windows and Linux/Unix and all relative internal functions.
- Sound understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Demonstrated ability in fault logging, impact assessment and ITSM ticket management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and an interest in management (Desirable).
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Investigate and resolve a range of infrastructure issues.
- Support customers private and public cloud environments.
- Work closely with our service management teams, including incident, problem and change experts, as well as our Service Delivery Managers.
