About You:
You’re passionate about technology and how it can be used to support collaboration and hybrid working. Your experience will also include;
Strong customer focus and abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders and people.
Provide technical support and process advise in support of our growing adoption of productivity and collaboration platforms.
Familiar with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and keeps up to date with new features and services.
About the role: In this position, your primary focus will be on the Microsoft 365 services as an integral part of the Cloud Productivity team. Your responsibilities will encompass the administration of various technologies essential for Hydro Tasmania's modern workplaces. This includes overseeing and uplift the Microsoft 365 platform, videoconferencing technologies, information management, SharePoint administration and virtual desktop infrastructure. Your success in this role will hinge on your adept ability to demonstrate proficiency in technical capabilities. Additionally, achieving success in this capacity will require leveraging your knowledge and skills to ensure optimal productivity and support for business users in their daily utilisation of workplace technologies.
