Great opportunity to join a Precision Engineering and Additive Manufacturing business in Gladstone. This engineering business has invested in CNC technologies and 3D Printing, which now can provide their clients with enhanced manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Spotless and high-tech modern workshop with the latest CNC and 3D machines. They are expanding their team and need a tradesperson who can do various duties in precision engineering manufacturing.
They need a CNC Machinist - Cam Programmer who can operate, set and run a variety of CNC machines and CAM programs. Someone who can lead a team of tradespeople and apprentices.
You will effectively read and interpret drawings, specifications and schedules to prepare, program and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per customer specifications.
We need a tradesperson to run and set up plus program CNC Milling or CNC Lathe. This is a senior role where you will have the ability to make a real impact.
The machines are OKUMA, SPACE TURN, ACE CENTRE, FANUC ROBOCUT and MAZATECH. Low-volume production and jobbing.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Trade qualifications
• Must have CNC Lathe & Milling skills.
• Cam programming skills
• Prototyping experience ideal
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
