AddressA.B.U. Engineering is located in South Dandenong, we manufacture high quality precision engineered tooling & components for a variety of different industries. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join our team.
To be successful for this position it is essential to be able to:
Manufacture precision components on a CNC Mill using CAD data and CAM (Mastercam) software.
Experience in highly tolerance small to medium batch work.
Complete jobs on time and to a high quality standard.
Work together in a great team environment
To identify and resolve problems.
Necessary Requirements:- 3+ years experience in operating a CNC machine using CAM software. (knowledge in Mastercam preferred but not essential)
- High mechanical engineering understanding
- The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- The ability to Inspect and measure components to precision tolerances
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
