CNS Offer Control is in charge to 1) reduce CNS & Nokia risks in executing customer contracts and 2) manage and enforce the BG internal Limit of Authority (L2D) process and manages A/C/D-Level approvals at Market or corporate level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and enforce the BG internal Limit of Authority (L2D) process and manages approvals for risky opportunities at Market or corporate level (provides L2D gate material, leads gate meeting if any, tracks L2D decision, follows up action items)
- Be accountable for the offer and contract approval in line with the L2D process
- Evaluate the case, formulates recommendations for business decisions, facilitates alignment across different stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Commercial Management, …), manages escalation
- Manage offers & contracts approval for assigned territories
- Be responsible for assessing case pricing level, financials, Cash Flow as well as end-to-end risks
- Ensure involvement of relevant finance and other experts
- Be accountable for overall case risk including coordination with all stakeholders
- Be responsible for risk evaluation, reserve definition and supporting the offer team for risk mitigation
