WHAT YOU'LL DO
We have an opportunity for an experienced heavy industry manufacturing worker to join us on a permanent basis as a Transformer Coil Winder at our Tomago based Transformer’s operation.
You will be a key part of the transformer manufacturing and assembly process through completing specialised coil winding, core cutting/laying, tanking and general assembling functions for both oil filled and dry type transformers.
ABOUT YOU
Your willingness to gets hands on in a manufacturing environment will be complemented by the following:
- Safety as a core value
- High Experience in Transformer coil winding
- Forklift, overhead crane and driver's license's
- Ability to interpret transformer design drawings and plans
- Mechanically minded with strong skills with hand and power tool use
- Cooperative, flexible and team oriented in your approach
- Experience as a trade’s assistant in the manufacture of electrical/mechanical equipment - advantageous
