Collections and Recoveries Specialist

In this role you are responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B client files – to determine the most effective action to take to recover debt and resolve outstanding balances. You will be interacting with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, so your ability to communicate, influence and build rapport is critical.   Selection criteria:

• Proven experience in B2B collections / customer service / legal support or financial services roles is highly desirable
• Tertiary qualification – Business / Legal / Admin
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite
• Solutions focused approach with demonstrated initiative
