College Manager - RTO

Our esteemed client, the College of Electrical Training (CET), is actively seeking a vibrant individual to lead operations at their Joondalup campus. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for career advancement within the training sector. As the Campus Manager, you'll blend hands-on operational management with strategic initiatives, contributing to innovation and positioning them at the forefront of Vocational Education and Training.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial viability of CET Joondalup by monitoring direct and indirect expenses.
• Oversee overall campus operations in line with Quality Assurance System requirements, ensuring training delivery consistency.
• Drive initiatives to enhance training delivery, aligning with ECA WA's broader objectives.
• Maintain compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
• Collaborate with GM CET to meet industry training needs promptly and efficiently.
• Develop marketing resources in conjunction with CM Jandakot.
• Proactively promote and market CET Joondalup.
• Compile and submit accident and hazard reports.
• Assist in achieving strategic KPIs set by the CEO and Board.

Training Delivery:

• Oversee Fee for Service training delivery in collaboration with the management team.
• Coordinate scheduling of Fee for Service courses with Training Manager Joondalup.
• Manage processes to ensure quality training delivery and compliance.

Financial Management:

• Develop annual Operations budget and provide monthly financial reports.
• Ensure income and expenditure align with the budget.
• Conduct budget reviews as necessary.
• Responsible for all CET Joondalup expenditure.

Training Development:

• Provide guidance to Training Development Manager in resource development.
• Identify new training opportunities/courses in collaboration with the management team.

Advocacy:

• Liaise with relevant bodies to ensure currency of resources and delivery.
• Represent CET on external panels as required.

About You:

As a College Manager you will be leveraging your Formal Management/Business qualification experience in Vocational Education and Training. A Working With Children Check and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is essential.

They are seeking someone with business and financial management skills, adept at industry and government liaison. Your proficiency in project and team management, coupled with a deep understanding of vocational education issues, will be invaluable.
