Your responsibilities...
- Promote the company and your product range to key decision-makers within the commercial market - specifiers, engineers, consultants, construction companies, contractors and end client
- Build a pipeline of project sales and systematically work your way through converting those sales
- Account management of existing accounts and looking for opportunities to increase sales and profitability
- Developing a business plan for your portfolio (key target markets and customers identified)
- Achievement budgets and KPIs
- Able to troubleshoot and be a solution provider to your customers
- Provide technical support and expertise
You are...
- Personal drive to succeed, you are an individual who uses initiative to identify growth opportunities
- A background in Mechanical Services, engineering, insulation, heating and cooling is ideal, but what is more important is the ability to understand your product and discuss the strengths and points of difference with your client base.
- A strong sales background with technical, engineering or mechanical building products is essential
- Comfortable with consultative sales and hunting for for new projects
- Organisation and time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong rapport with customers, contractors, and team members alike
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
