The Role we are offering -
- Full Time Position to carry out general repairs, maintenance and installation work to commercial and retail properties within Brisbane.
The Qualities that we believe necessary for the successful candidate to fulfil the role are listed below:
- Trade Qualified - Carpenter/Joiner/ plasterer or allied Trade
- Well Presented
- Energetic
- Good Time Management Skills
- Able to use an ipad to manage and close off jobs
- Honest, Reliable and Punctual
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- Knowledge and understanding of variety of different repair and maintenance tasks – eg. Office Partitioning, plastering, joinery, door hardware installation, minor tiling, minor paving, minor painting, minor masonry and landscape work.
- Co-ordinate with other associated Trades/Labor as required
- Planning Day to Day Building Maintenance Activities
Remuneration is by way of an annual salary plus Superannuation, Paid Annual Leave etc, Company mobile phone, uniforms and company vehicle and tools will also be provided.
