Overview

As a Commercial Buyers Agent, your primary responsibility is to source suitable commercial real estate properties for clients. You will leverage your expertise in the commercial real estate market to locate properties that meet specific criteria and represent desirable investment opportunities for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research into approved locations and source commercial deals.
• Collaborate with agents to discover both on-market and off-market commercial properties.
• Source properties that align with our clients' investment goals and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with our internal team to compile and verify valuations.
• Undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks related to property acquisition, from initial negotiations to successful settlement.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Real Estate License.
• Demonstrated property investment experience.
• Demonstrated Commercial Buyers Agent experience. 
• Strong analytical skills to assess investment opportunities effectively.
• Property transaction management experience to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency without compromising on quality.
• Effective negotiation skills to secure the best deals for our clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
