ACA are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Commercial Cookery Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to refine your culinary skills, learn from experienced chefs, and kickstart your career in the exciting field of Commercial Cookery.

In these roles you would perform a range of specialist cooking roles such as planning and preparing food. You may also undertake the following:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs.
• Learn and apply culinary techniques, recipes, and menu planning.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality dishes.
• Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.

To be considered for a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship the following is required:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Strive to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Demonstrated ability in working harmoniously with a team.
• A passion to learn and grow within the business.
• Highly adaptable and able to succeed in high-pressure service periods.
• Have a high level of organisational and time management skills.
