Requirements:
- Electrical Trade qualifications
- High standard and quality of task completion
- Safe and efficient task completion
- Independent and professional work ethic
- Instruction and training provision for apprentices
- Flexibility to work remotely as needed
- Comprehensive knowledge of AS3000 and other pertinent Australian Standards
- Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety and safe work practices
- Effective communication with key stakeholders
- Possession of a current Police Clearance
- Completion of pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Training for working at heights
- Open cabling registration (desirable)
- Current High Risk/EWP ticket
About You:
You are a qualified electrician; you are motivated and driven!
- Your experience in the commercial space is highly regarded but not as important as the pride you take in the quality of your work
- You're team-oriented, and autonomy and flexibility are two strong traits you possess. While you sometimes work part of a bigger team and sometimes solo, you take the responsibility to get the job done!
- You're still learning; you know that questions and communication are a part of learning, and a 3-minute chat can save 3 hours or 3 days of work.
- We have an established team culture that values diversity, innovation and collaboration
- You ideally have, EWP; LVR/CPR and a driver's license (including the ability to drive a manual vehicle)
- You can problem-solve and fault-find in an efficient, safe and appropriate manner
