Cushman and Wakefield are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, along with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a commercial environment. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your skills on a variety of projects, ranging from Prisons, Office Buildings and Hospitals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed
Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color matching
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve a smooth, even finish
Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary
Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Painter
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
