About the role
Working within an established team of property managers and reporting to the senior property manager, you will have a varied and dynamic role that encompasses commercial contract management, OHS, finance & budgeting, and relationship management with all third parties and contractors regarding all asset management.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Client relationship management with tenants and contractors
- Action, manage and investigate all corrective and preventative works to limit WH&S issues
- Day to day management of all building and precinct maintenance contracts
- Collaborate extensively with the property management team regarding updates for all commercial assets and delivery of service
- Ensure all Australian standards are adhered to regarding OHS and all compliance documents.
Skills & Experience
- Prior Commercial Property experience, essential
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills to ensure positive client relationship management progression and effective stakeholder updates.
- Prior experience working to high delivery of service standards within a commercial environment
- Awareness and demonstrable understanding of Australian OHS standards
- Full Australian working rights.
- Willingness and ability to pass security check and pre-employment medical.
