AddressA full-time role within Refrigeration Installer for Refrigeration trucks and trailers (reefers). Suitable for qualified Commercial Refrigeration Technicians or Mechanics interested in installing Carrier refrigeration systems into new refrigeration trucks.

Your normal day will involve installing Carrier air conditioning systems into new refrigeration trucks for clients like Toll Group, Linfox, Hello Fresh, and Coles. No service work, this is very clean work in a professional site.
You'll work on both the large square trucks and 40ft trailers with multi-evaporators.
An electrical license is not required as these systems are not connected to the mains.
Attention to detail is critical since precise pipework is essential; there’s no hiding a misrouted pipe through a ceiling. Drilling holes in $250,000 trucks must be done accurately to avoid costly mistakes.
In the first few months, the work will be relatively easy, involving some installations but primarily focusing on adding extras like GPS, solar panels, or water separators to units on the ground. There are 150 of these to build alongside the regular installs.
They offer flexible start times with the site open from 7am, Monday to Friday.
Additionally, there is a bonus system for completing a higher volume of units each week.

You will need:
- Experience installing refrigeration systems, running pipework, commissioning new systems, and correct evacuation procedures.
- Cert 3 in Refrigeration or equivalent.
- Current Refrigeration License.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
