About you:
The successful candidate will be someone with a love of European/French food who is organized and shows exceptional attention to detail. With fantastic career opportunities and great team environment, we are currently recruiting for the following roles of Commis Chef and Pastry Chef.
Pastry Chef (full time role)
The ideal candidate possesses genuine excitement and passion for good food and the desire to grow in the industry. You will work with quality products and manage the pastry section of the business. Above all, you will be keen to learn and be committed to achieving the very best.
- 2 years of experience as Patisserie Chef
- Proven pastry chef experience in a fast paced and quality driven working environment.
- Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a strong, diverse and dynamic team.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Excellent food knowledge
- A desire to perform at the highest level
Commis Chef (full time and casual role)
- Must be passionate about food and keen to showcase their ability in fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic
- Enthusiasm, awareness and great team work
- Able to communicate and showcase reliability
