We are a building consultancy business specializing in providing reports for consumers prior to purchasing a property (Building & Pest and Strata Reports).
We work closely with Real Estate agents whilst they prepare property for sale in providing vendor pre-purchase reports for houses and apartments.
We also work with architects, interior designers, and developers to produce reports to assist their applications within council, where we are commonly engaged to do dilapidation reports for pre and post-construction DA conditions.
We have partnerships with solicitors and strata companies in preparing expert witness reports and / or defect reports for small and large residential, commercial and industrial projects in dispute.

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales in the construction and Real Estate industry?
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Balmain, covering the Greater Sydney Area.
This is a commission-only position with an on-target earning potential of $350,000 - $500,000 per annum.
This position will entail a successful applicant to be trained in-house and post-training the position you will have the choice between working from our office in Balmain or working from home. You will be required to make site visits to new prospects and existing clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and Real Estate sector. Generate leads through existing clients and relationships who have had an extended period in working with our office, networking, cold calling, and other effective sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the construction, Real Estate and legal industries.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products and services. Customize presentations based on the client's specific needs and requirements.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Handle objections effectively and work towards mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years experience within sales and / or BDM roles.
- Proven track record in commission-only-based sales, preferably within the construction, Real Estate, legal and financial industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
