We have a couple of full-time roles available across our sites on the Sunshine Coast.
First up we need a Common Area Cleaner / handyman to work at our busy holiday accommodation property.
The next role is located at our Sippy Downs and Buderim on-site management complexes and involves the day to day cleaning of all Common Areas.
We're seeking an exceptional people to assist us in making our portfolio of residential buildings in Sippy Downs and Buderim present at their best!
We need a team member who takes pride in their practical work, with the opportunity to take ownership of the building's appearance and standard.

About the Role- Full-time 38 hours per week
- On-site parking
- Ensure the common property is presented to an exceptional standard by undertaking cleaning of all Common Areas such as foyers, communal facilities, carparks, amenities and at times pool cleaning
- Transport bulk waste bins to and from collection points when required
- For the handyman component at our holiday property, this is general repairs an maintenance around the property and in guest rooms.
- Comply with all Work Health & Safety Legislation
- Prior experience performing cleaning duties
- Physically fit
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
