As the Communications and Engagement Manager, you will develop and implement Enterprise Finance Division’s communication strategy and plans to support delivery of the Divisional strategy. Working closely with ANZ’s CFO, and in partnership with Group Communications you will lead the delivery of internal CFO communications for the Enterprise Finance Division, with a focus on driving clarity on the division’s vision, goals, and objectives through crafting the best message for the right channels.
You will lead the delivery of initiatives and internal events that drive employee engagement, build leadership capability, and embed the divisional strategy.
A curious self-starter you will stay abreast of external insights, best practice, and emerging ideas in CFO functions, and on strategic communications.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
A proactive communications expert - highly skilled in development and delivery of internal and impactful communications.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at executive and senior leadership levels.
Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic and evolving context while navigating ambiguity.
Ability to deliver high-quality engagement activities including face-to-face and virtual conferences and events for senior leaders.
Project management: ability to produce, consult and follow through on significant communications plans and strategies (incl. digital and social)
Extensive experience in same and similar fields, e.g., communications, PR and media
