Our teams are forever growing, and we are so thrilled to be on the hunt for our next experienced and passion Personal Carer or as we like to call them in Feros - Community Support Worker, to join our Darling Downs, QLD Team - We are currently seeking applications for Permanent Part TimeCommunity Support Workers to support clients in the Clifton, Highfields, Gatton and Pittsworth Regions.
Your Role:
You will be out and about in the community, working with clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You will provide a range of services to our valued clients, including:
- Assisting clients with personal care services
- Transporting clients to and from appointments
- Supporting with domestic cleaning
- Preparing light meals+
Salary and benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $31.27 + 11% plus super.
- Salary packaging, up to $15,899 tax-free annually.
- Meal and Entertainment Card, up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income per.
- KM reimbursement 96c per km.
- Smart phone and laptop supplied.
- Role specific equipment supplied.
- Supported by a full rostering and admin team to book appointments, manage your calendar and negotiate client funding.

About You:
- A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability as well as the Transcripts that support these certificates.
- A current First Aid Certificate (or the willingness to obtain one)
- Current Licence and Car
- Experience in Aged Care (desirable) and a passion for working within the Community as with the Elderly.
- Willingness to travel to locations Clifton, Highfields, Gatton and Pittsworth.
- Monday to Friday availability (must be available Wednesday and Thursdays) must be available afternoons until 6pm.
