About Fairview
Fairview is seeking passionate and collaborative Community Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) on a part-time basis to join our committed enthusiastic team. We provide quality holistic care and a lifestyle of choice for our elders that is specific to each individual needs and preferences whilst supporting and promoting an inclusive community.
As a Community Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with Fairview Community Care, you will be joining a positive and very supportive clinical team. While an office-based role, you will regularly meet with clients in their own home to assess their needs and implement a preventative based approach to health care through clinical skills and knowledge, in addition to care-coordination and services within your scope of practice. You will require to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records with supporting documentation of care plans, progress notes, outcomes measures and incidents and consents.
About You
- Current APHRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Valid work rights
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in an autonomous capacity.
- Full drivers’ licence and own vehicle
- Current First Aid is mandatory.
- Covid-19 Vaccination (fully vaccinated with booster shot)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of best practice clinical care including but not limited to clinical assessment, care plan implementation, wound care and management, medication support, continence assessments and management, clinical monitoring, nursing advice and recommendations and general nursing duties in conjunction with the customer’s personal care plan.
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- Ability to deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals under the direction and supervision of the Senior RN.
