About Your Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide exceptional care with the skills to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. You’ll put your expert relationship-building skills into practice and always demonstrate the core nursing values of patient-centred care, trust, and respect in every interaction.
You will provide comprehensive, coordinated and integrated community nursing services to individuals and their families, who have chronic conditions, or who have recently been discharged from hospital and/or who have continuing support needs and are within the designated geographical area of the network. Community nursing care involves clinical care (chronic disease management including wound and catheter care), palliative care, carer support, illness prevention and health promotion activities.
