Address**Community Mental Health Nurse Team Leader**
Drive, uphold, and operate within therapeutic frameworks, ensuring the provision of high-quality services and the attainment of individual client goals.
Oversee the delivery of suitable services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, covering intake and registration, screening and assessment, and clinical service delivery and evaluation processes.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor in Nursing
- Post Grad in Mental health nursing
- Registered with AHPRA
- Experience in engaging clients in a human service setting.
- Proven training and clinical supervision ability.
- Minimum of 3-5 years Management experience.
- Understanding of an outreach model and working remotely when required
- Specialist knowledge of community services and service delivery gained through experience, education, or training.
- Experience in case management, report writing, tender writing and coordination of client services.
- Excellent communication and team building skills.
- The demonstrated ability to work under and follow policies and procedures.
- Possession of a current 'C' (previously 'A') class driver's license and vehicle
- National Police Clearance not less than 12 months old.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Certificate.
