Talent Quarter is currently recruiting passionate Residential Youth Workers to support children and young people in ACT and Queanbeyan. We have shifts available across days, nights, sleepovers, and weekends for people with experience in managing challenging behaviours.

What You Will Do
- Assisting with daily routines, personal care, meals, and housekeeping tasks
- Organizing recreational activities and supervising homework
- Administering medication
- Providing transportation to school, programs, and appointments
- Facilitating family involvement and supervising contact visits
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation
What You Need
- Current Working with Children check.
- Work with Vulnerable People check
- Current NDIS worker check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- National Police check within the last 12-months.
- International Police check (if you have lived in Australian for less than 10 years).
- Valid Full driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance
- Completion of NDIS worker’s Orientation module
- Certificate III/IV in Community Services, Youth Work, or relevant qualification
- Assist clients with medication certificate
- TCI training and certificate(desirable)
